Dedicated to the memory of Madeleine Cary
This site is a tribute to Madeleine Cary, who was born in Blackburn, Lancashire on August 27, 1951. She is much loved and will be dearly missed by her sisters Leah and Carolynne, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephew, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, her dear friend Brian as well as her many friends in Brighton and around the world. Reunited at last with her beloved son Ky.

A relatively new friend to Maddy we found connection around her kitchen table in chats about grief, travelling, writing and feminism. A courageous spirit. Very grateful to have been able to share a little bit of her time with her.

How to express...how beyond fortunate I was to land at no 6. Madeleine you have been an extraordinary, fun, supportive friend over the years. So many memories, so many belly-aching laughs, and just being there. You mean the world to so many people. I couldnt have had a better pal. Miss you, lots of love Zoe xx
